Weddings

I absolutely love weddings and it is a privilege for me to make up a bride for one of the biggest days of her life. All the lovely brides I have worked with previously I would now class as friends.  It is very important to me that a bride and I have the perfect rapport with each other. I recommend meeting for an informal, no obligation chat over a coffee ahead of any formal bridal make up trial.  This is a great introduction and gives the bride a chance to meet me personally and I can also get a clear idea of all her wedding plans, colours, ideas and inspiration for the big day. FolIowing on I can then prepare suitable make up looks for the bridal trial based on this initial meeting and create the perfect bridal make up look for the wedding day.

Bridal Make Up Trials

During the bridal make up trial I offer a full consultation and cover everything from skincare to make up preferences to make sure you look and feel incredible on your special day.  I will create your perfect bridal make up look that works in both natural light and in photographs. Following the bridal trial I will send you photographs of your make up in both natural and artificial light. Your bridal trial make up products will also be fully documented so you can purchase the lipstick we use on your wedding day.

I also offer bridal party make up trials for the Bridesmaids, Mother of the Bride and Mother of the Groom working alongside the theme and style as discussed at your bridal trial.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Are you able to accommodate large bookings?

At present I can accommodate a maximum of 6 adults (including the Bride) on the wedding day.  I am a true professional and as such would never compromise the quality of my work in order to accommodate as many people as possible.

Which make up brands do you use?

My professional kit contains the luxury brands Charlotte Tilbury, NARS, MAC, Bobbi Brown, Becca, Laura Mercier, By Terry, Anastasia Beverly Hills, Smashbox, CoverFX, Make Up Forever, Stila, Studio 10, Benefit, Urban Decay, HUDA, Iconic London and Illamasqua to name but a few.

How far in advance of my wedding should I have my trial?

I would recommend at least 6 weeks before the wedding day.  A bridal make up trial to coincide with a dress fitting and/or hair trial has also worked well in the past.

Where would the trial take place?

All Bridal trials take place at my Exclusive makeup studio in Loughton, Essex.

Is travel on the wedding day included in the price?

All prices will be quoted with travel as extra charges. All London venues will be quoted using a Taxi app.

Will I need to pay a deposit to secure the date in your diary?

To secure your date in my diary I ask for a minimum 25% of your wedding day make up cost as a non refundable deposit. This amount is then taken off the final total.
